About the Center

The Center desires to be a resource center for small church leaders. The information listed includes helpful web sites and other various resources available for small churches and ministries.

In partnership with a number of Bible Colleges and Seminaries, the Center provides educational opportunities for degree (Bachelor and Master level) and non-degree programs, designed to enrich and equip pastor and lay leaders serving in the small church.

In order to encourage and support those involved in ministry, the Center offers a number of seminars and conferences for leaders in small churches. The Center also offers an online newsletter, an Internet bulletin board, and an idea page for encouragement and support for the small church.

	Village Missions...
	The Center for Leadership Development is affiliated with Village Missions. Village Missions is a Christ-centered faith missionary fellowship, ministering to the spiritual needs of rural communities in North America. It is evangelical in concept, evangelistic in approach. Every day rural churches close their doors because they cannot find or afford a pastor. Major denominations are focusing their ministry on the growing suburban areas and directing resources to planting churches in these cities and away from supporting the smaller churches. Village Missions believes that every rural community in the United States and Canada should have an effective Gospel preaching church!
