Dr. Glenn Daman grew up in Tensed, Idaho in a small Village Missions church where his mother first came as a Village Missionary, before marrying his father. It was through the ministry of this church that Glenn learned the value and importance of the small church and the important contribution that small churches have in the spiritual development of people in the church and in the community.
Glenn graduated from Western Seminary where he obtained double masters in Old Testament and New Testament Studies. He earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and wrote his thesis on the small church ministry. Glenn also served as pastor of three churches, one in Wibaux, Mt, another in Stevenson, WA, and the third, small, struggling church in Cascade Locks, OR. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Stevenson, WA.
Glenn has published three books related to the small church and has taught pastors in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Russia and the Philippines. He is an international conference speaker related to the needs and issues of the small church and those who serve them. He has written a number of articles related to the small church.
